When I was living in CT and participating in weekly playgroups, I was always making something fun for the kids for snacks....this is one of the special cakes I made....it's a red velvet!

But, yes, you did make great things, both to look at and to taste.
We're all skinnier now but it's not nearly as fun! ,)
Cool! That's fantastic and I'm sure the kids loved it. I thought I was good making cookies for each play date!
Red Velvet cake? I would HAVE a kid so I could go to the play group for red velvet cake! And I would eat the kid's cake when it wasn't looking.
